Are we selling software or memberships?

No, the F2f system is not for sale and there are no "membership". We offer a service, the web based application used to manage field data and creation of deliverables is included in our service.

I have a team of project managers, can they all us this?

Absolutely! That's exactly what F2f is meant to do, allow teams to collaberate on field data and deliverables.

I subcontract all my deliverables to my field technicians, how can I use this?

We work either for end users, or their field technicians. Often times field technicians are tasked with some type of deliverable. It could be a simple data sheet or complex Brand Book. Most do it only as a requirement to getting the field work. They typically have no expertise in the area and end up in a world of confusion trying to transfer files, images, manually enter data, insert recommendations... it's not an easy task. It's a win win, they provide the deliverable without the headache. And I should mention that we have some great reporting tools for field tech's to track completion and manage sites.

I have a fixed budget for my brand books, no room for all these extras

That is probably true, but our extras cost nothing... we provide these services at no extra cost. We want your deliverable (data sheets, branding books, etc) work. And we'll do it for no more than your paying now

I have a project in progress, can I still use F2f to do some or all of my deliverables?

We definitely can. The only difference would be in the data collection. Our survey forms for field technicians are optimized for data recognition and the data automatically sent to our system. For this type of project we would have to manually enter most data.

I want my customer to view my deliverables online, but still feel like they are on my site?

Our client and project "communities" are all themable. That means you can select your logo and colors for either. For instance, lets say your employee logs in and is a member of multiple projects for your company. Until your employee selects a project the site will be branded with your company theme. When they select a project the site will change to display the project theme with its logo and colors. Now lets say your client logs in. They will only be a member of their project and therefore the site will immediately be themed with their project logo and colors. Cool hugh.
